Have you ever been in a deep sleep, only to feel a sudden tap on the shoulder that jolts you awake? This experience might seem surreal, but it holds deeper significance. Before we are human, we are spiritual beings, and moments like these remind us of our spiritual nature.
The Astral State: A Bridge Between the Human and Spiritual Worlds
There is a state between being fully asleep and fully awake—a state where you’re half human and half spirit. In this astral state, you’re aware of your surroundings, such as your bedding and posture, but your consciousness has drifted into the spiritual realm. Unlike the complete unconsciousness of sleep, this state allows us to interact with spiritual forces while remaining partly aware of the physical world.
Some people with heightened spiritual awareness, such as those with a third eye, can perceive things invisible to the naked eye in this state. It’s similar to sleep paralysis, where you might feel yourself calling out, yet no one can hear you because you are not entirely awake.
The Significance of the Tap
If you’ve experienced this kind of tap on the shoulder, trust me—you’re not alone. This sensation is often a message from the spiritual realm, a way of reminding you that you are never truly by yourself.
Here are some potential reasons why you may feel tapped while sleeping:
1. You Are Not Alone
This tap could be a gentle reminder that you’re in the presence of other spiritual entities. It’s not a sign of harm but rather an indication of shared energy in your environment.
2. You’re on the Right Path
If you have a consistent routine or purpose, the tap may be a signal from spiritual entities showing support and appreciation. It’s a nudge to keep moving forward because what you’re doing is important.
3. A Warning of Danger
In some cases, the tap could be a way to wake you up in order to avoid an impending danger. Spiritual forces may intervene to guide you away from harm, alerting you to take action.
4. You Are a Medium
If you are spiritually attuned or consider yourself a medium, you might receive taps more frequently. This is often a way for your spiritual guides to connect with you, offering guidance or support.
Spirits and Harm
It’s worth noting that malevolent spirits won’t usually give any warning signs like a tap. They can take on different forms or sizes, sometimes even causing physical discomfort. However, spiritual ailments can often be treated using spiritual procedures, as not all illnesses are purely physical.
Final Thoughts: Embrace the Spiritual Message
Feeling a tap on the shoulder while asleep is a sign that you are among the spiritually selected. This phenomenon is a way for spirits to encourage you to continue on your journey, especially if your actions have a significant impact on others. In many cases, these experiences offer healing, guidance, and reassurance that you are not alone.

Experiencing these taps, or pushes, on the head or shoulders while soundly asleep are quite scary. I don’t know how to interpret this phenomenon. I have tried to mentally connect with whatever “presence” is there but with no success.
ReplyDeleteHow and where can I learn more about this without sounding like a psychopath. No one I know would take my stories seriously, or has experienced what I have experienced for some years.
Please help me if you can.
It seems that these experiences are becoming more frequent. I have tried, without success, to mentally connect with the spirit(s) nudging me to try to understand what is expected of me, but have not felt any connection…
ReplyDeleteWhile it can be comforting to think that a spirit is watching over me, it can still be a bit scary when the touch or tap I feel is different from those experienced before.

ReplyDeleteOur daughter transitioned almost 9 months ago & she often visits in dreams. Last night I felt a tap on my shoulder & then a pulling up of my blankets. It was subtle but woke me from a dream. I was startled but not scared. My first thought was that it was her.
DeleteI was tapped this night for the first time on my shoulder, my arm was pulled backwards. I couldn't move. I was sweating and feeling very warm. Also i was gently touched on the forehead, but feeling a soft sting. I saw the clock at 1:23 in the meantime I saw a vision of pots with herbs and hands doing magic above them. When i felt that i could use my arm again, it was almost 3 o'clock. I'm still filling were I've been touched on the shoulder, not as a pain, but soft warm feeling
